Property Tax Information: Our property tax bills are mailed once a year, typically in mid-July, and include four stubs for quarterly payments. These bills cover the third and fourth quarters of the current year and the preliminary first and second quarters of the following year. Payments are due on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1, with a ten-day grace period. If the grace period ends on a weekend or borough holiday, it extends to the next business day. Please use our current mailing address and do not include any old post office box numbers, as this will delay your payment.
