"Extremely helpful staff on Monday afternoon. My prescription was going to cost $1600 and she went online for me and found an authorization number which covered the full amount. I should have asked her name. She was wonderful!"

"I usually go to another urgent care, but it’s a little further away, and I decided to try something closer. I will never go to your urgent care again. I felt rushed. It was 3:15 PM and urgent care closes at four and I felt like he wanted to get out the door by 4 o’clock and that’s why he was rushing me. The nurse had better manners than the doctor The doctor didn’t listen. I had migraines eye sensitivity and neck pain and he stood on the side of me and I had to ask him. Can you please stand in front of me so that I can see and speak to you, and he stands right close to my face, knowing I have a headache, that doctor shouldn’t be a doctor. He has no bedside manner for the sick.And I do understand it’s urgent care, but all he did was rushed and overt me, but I had to tell him he was over talking me, and to let me finish what I was saying .I feel like he just wanted to leave by 4 o’clock. Never going back. My husband went with me. He’s a veterinarian. Doctors should listen to the patient and this doctor didn’t and that’s how I felt uncomfortable"

"Got there at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. Not sure why they take appointments as I waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Man at the front desk was short and not very friendly. The woman who took over was nicer. Will reserve the rest of my thoughts for when I get the bill."

"Think again before choosing this office. As recommended via phone welcome message to secure your spot by reserving an available time slot. I scheduled for 12:30 and arrived by 12pm. I was told my schedule appointment has no merit AND a three hour wait ensued. Finally, Met with the doctor which he sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Was told by pharmacist that the medication subscribed is on back order for three weeks and to ask the doctor for a substitute prescription. When I called back this urgent care office, I was told this office/ doctor does not provide substitute medication and I would have to go around to different pharmacies asking for them to call CVS and ask for a transfer. What? I am the one sick! Never again, such unprofessional behavior. I am asking my insurance company NOT to pay this bill due to the incompetence of this office."

"I had one of the best experiences at an urgent care ever! The assistants were great and the doctor gave me a course of action to feel better and didn't throw prescriptions at me. That I appreciate more than anything! I will go back and recommend to family and friends!"
