"I mean I’ve been comin to this office all this time, before and during my pregnancy. They wouldn’t let you see the doctors of tour choice and wouldn’t let you make appointments in advance. There are some great doctors you’d love them. But the office makes it so hard and it’s like you’re forced to see the physician what they want ypu to see. They will make it impossible for you to choose. The physician you want to see has always full schedule. I don’t understand if you can’t make appointments in advance even being with them the entire pregnancy, how is that possible. Or they will push Eatontown location. The physicians are great. But the office is absolutely ridiculous. Great doctors. But the office not so much. Office is the worst. Not the right management. They wouldn’t even have doctors appointment available for their regular patients even for the week they’re due for delivery. This office is almost impossible to get through. Hire more doctors or don’t take more patients. So disappointed in the office. I wish I had changed sooner than going through all the trouble. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Been going here since 2008. Dr. Pacana delivered both my kids. Dr. Cipriano is great. They all are. They are real and always treated me well. Even after they changed over to Hackensack Meridian they are still the same. Yes, the you will be left on hold forever when you call but everything has changed. I still recommend them."

"I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I have been coming to this practice since 2021 even while I was living in Philadelphia. However, I eventually moved my ob/gyn to Penn Medicine in Philadelphia when I became pregnant in early May 2023. Life happened, and my husband and I moved to Roselle Park, NJ in the middle of my pregnancy to be closer to family. We decided to resume care at HMH after have bad experiences trying to transfer my care to other offices closer to us. This office was the only office that provided a seamless transition from my ob/gyn at Penn. Moreover, they gave me a timely appointment, as well. I have never had any issues with any of the docs. I’ve seen Dr. Scianni, Dr, Jones, and Dr. LoRe so far. I found they were all professional and they provided prompt follow-up with any lab results. The appointments are 15 minutes long, which is very typical of a busy ob/gyn practice. During these appointments, I find that all of my questions and concerns are addressed. Lastly, the front desk staff have always been kind and courteous to me. I never had any issues with anyone being rude. In addition, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be called in for an appointment. All in all, I came in from a great ob/gyn practice with Penn Medicine and my quality of care remained the same when I transferred my care to HMH. The only suggestion I have is maybe have an assigned coordinator to help patients schedule fetal ultrasound appointments. I would get a reminder at the end of my visit, but it’s easy to forget when you have pregnancy brain!"

"Staff & doctors are all nice! But, Beth the coordinator or whatever her role is she has always been rude & aggressive towards me for the last 2 years.. this is for the freehold, nj location. Yesterday she basically blamed me about my medical records & how I should have done it sooner. Little does she know we were waiting on a home on military base to get an actual address & then contact our insurance for updates. She was very annoyed when I sent an email if my medical records can be sent immediately due to me having issues at my new clinic. She also sounded annoyed & said “ugh let me transfer you to front desk” Beth came at me very unprofessionally & I started to cry after & threw up so much kus of the stress she gave me. Im 33 weeks pregnant & she should treat her patients nicely. No I don’t plan to speak with her again as I have my information transferred. Beth please do better & treat all patients nicely with any questions or concerns they may have."

"Front desk staff extremely rude and unprofessional and ask invasive questions that a receptionist does not need to know. Doctors/nurses Lost my blood test and had to come back to do another one. Said they will call with results in 3 days. After the quote time for results, I called everyday for 7 days in order to receive my results. Also, had to fight a charge because they said they didn’t receive payment from me even though it was on my monthly bank statement. The billing department also took long to rectify the situation. I see why this practice is consistently dropping in patient reviews."
