Welcome to the Lower Township Municipal Court, now serving both Lower Township and Wildwood Crest. Conveniently located at 401 Breakwater Road in Cape May, New Jersey, our court is housed within the Lower Township Public Safety Building at the Cape May Airport Complex. As of January 1, 2024, we are pleased to announce a shared court service with Wildwood Crest Municipal Court. Court sessions will be held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month at 10 AM, beginning January 26, 2024.

While Two Mile Beach is closed from April 1 to September 30 to protect nesting shorebirds, the rest of the refuge remains open year-round, providing a unique chance to witness a variety of species such as Kestrels, Woodcocks, and the endangered Piping Plover.
