"Disappointed is an understatement. This company advertised a promotion they were running to provide an expecting mother with a free nursery painting. I wound up being the (not so lucky) winner. After coordinating a date to have the painting completed with the owner Jamar, he did not show up that day or even have the decency to reschedule. I politely reached out several times, giving the benefit of the doubt, but all of my messages have been ignored. I understand things come up, but a courtesy response would have been the respectful thing to do. This was completely unprofessional and disappointing for a mother who is due with a baby in 2 months. I will not recommend this company to anyone for their unethical business practices. I understand that I was not going to be a paying customer this time, but why run a contest if you can’t honor it? I would not have let them walk out empty handed as I would have completely respected their time and effort. In any case, another local company who actually showed up and was courteous, prompt, responsive and professional did a wonderful job and now has my business as long as I am local to Salem County. Like another person said, they were Out before they ever got In! What an extremely discouraging experience. Avoid this shady company!"
