The Pavilion at Raritan

"I have lived here for 1.5 years now and really do not have many complaints. The front door wouldn't lock after hours for a few months. I have not checked it lately but I am not that concerned about safety here. My apartment has a side that faces the pool area so in the summer time, I can usually hear the kids outside. Other than that, it is relatively quiet. Juliann in the leasing office is amazing!!! She is always so cheery and helpful. When I lost my job, she let me cry in her office and then gave me phone numbers of local resources. She is absolutely the best! Ryan in maintenance is always helpful as well. He quickly addresses any maintenance concerns. He even jumped my son's car because he left the interior light on, he's a new driver. While I do not use the amenities that much, it is nice to know that I could. The outdoor areas are well maintained and very clean. I like it so much that I am renewing my lease for another 1.5 years! Would definitely recommend living here!"

"Quiet, cozy apartments with good amenities. The gym is great, and rent is reasonable. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to any issues. I've been here for a little while and have been enjoying so far!"

"Scheduled & confirmed an apartment tour with the leasing manager for Saturday, October 1st. Drove an hour & a half on the tour day just to walk into the clubhouse to see that the leasing office was closed that Friday (9/30) and Saturday (10/1). No one bothered to reach out to give a heads up that they would be closed or needed to reschedule. Left a voicemail for the leasing manager as that was my only contact number and no one bothered to acknowledge or return the call. Wasted trip & unprofessional!"

"What a great place to call home! The apartments are very comfortable. Juliann and Nicholas in the office are pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating. Dealing with them is always a pleasure! Ryan, in maintenance is also outstanding. He goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly. Also, extremely pleasant to deal with. We have Valet trash removal 5 days out of the week. So easy to just put the can supplied outside your door in the evening. The trash room on the first floor is always open if you wish to dispose of your trash yourself. Management schedules awesome activities for the residents! The property is kept neat and clean. There is an amenity fee just like every other complex. It's paid once a year which may seem high, but if you break the amount down as a per month fee, it's really very inexpensive. We have a fitness room, computers available, a great community room, gas grills, fire pit, and a pool. Unfortunately with the state wide lifeguard shortage, the pool can not be open every day. Management tries very hard to have it staffed. My husband and I are very satisfied to call the Pavilion home!"

"My family recently moved in and we are so happy with our new space. The staff is wonderful and always available to help. We were worried about the noise level but we have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the whole building is. The property is always clean and well taken care of. We are very happy with our decision to move to the Pavilion at Raritan."
