"Lived here for 2 years and nothing but issues they refuse to fix. Dishwasher and oven worked when they want too, leaky ceiling, mold issues, foundation issues, dirty laundry rooms, limited parking at night, the list goes on"
"This building will screw you over countless times. I can't count the amount of times they have done work on or near the building with less then a days notice that lasted weeks or months. Just today they paved the lot with no notice at all and have no alternate parking so I'm forced to carry my groceries a block. They give no compensation for these problems and disregard and complaints. They also are extreamly dificult to work with for common matters and discriminate often. Sincerely a building 2 resident"
"The premises are very dirty. There is no regular maintenance or cleaning. There is no policy in place that informs new residents about community guidelines. In the past, new residents were selected with more care and duly informed about community rules. The shared areas including the stairwells and building entrances are filled with hundreds of cigarette butts. People leave garbage outside of garbage containers. The laundry rooms are dirty, stinky, and unsafe. The staff is rude and indifferent. They ignore the problems and are not attentive about the condition of the premises. Glad I've moved out to a better, cleaner, safer place."
"Kicking someone out because they will not get rid of their SERVICE DOG solely based on breed is cruel. They are service dogs for a reason and people who have them NEED THEM otherwise it wouldn't be a service dog. Not to mention giving the tenant 24 hours to remove the animal or face eviction? This place has been marked off my list of potential rentals. Good job."
"They kicked out a woman's service dog who lived here because of his breed. He was unbelievably well trained and ADA certified..on top that she's 22 weeks pregnant and in desperate need of her service dog and they said if she didn't get rid of him she'd be homeless..I know she's in the process of taking legal action but the lack of respect they have for tenants is enough of a reason not to consider living here!!!"
