"So disappointed. I haven’t had this ottoman a long time at all it started to dip in the center only after a few weeks. Feels cheap and looks awful. When people come over I make my husband hide it away. Very upsetting! I wish it was fluffy and comfortable like the couch cushions. The worst part is it was a separate purchase from the couch and not worth the money I paid!"
"We were greeted at the door it was our first time there Amy was very nice said to look around if we needed help or had questions just ask she'd be glad to help I thought that was great no pressure we took our time looked at everything and when we were ready we told her what we needed unfortunately she was involved helping someone else but she was so pleasant and thoughtful she said I don't know how long I will be would you mind if a colleague of mine can help you we said sure that's when we met Ed who also was very nice and helpful. I was very impressed about the whole experience I found what I wanted the prices were great the store was clean and organized and the people are wonderful I'm happy to say this is my new go to store for whatever furniture I may need.
