"The service at this location is 10/10. Their processing was simple, easy, and quick. I left something in the vehicle and I noticed almost a week later. They were so easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. Someone, who I assume was the manager, even when out of his way to drop the item off to my building so I didn't have to make the trip back."

"My original reservation was for one day. I extended my reservation over the phone by calling this Branch directly the phone operator failed to inform me about the extra charges if the car was returned after hours. The operator told me I could return the car anytime of the day so I did and I was charged for 3 days. I got the hold of the manager right after the transaction posted on my credit card statement and I was informed by him that he would take care and update me but I never heard back from him or saw them take any efforts to rectify their mistake. I would definitely avoid this branch!!!"
