Take advantage of our special offer: enjoy one day free of daily time and mileage charges on rentals of three days or more. Please note that taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are additional. Optional items such as LDW and other surcharges may also apply. This offer is not valid for one-way rentals and cannot be combined with other promotions. Blackout periods may apply, and rentals must begin on or before December 31, 2024.

For added convenience, we offer a free pick-up service. Simply call your Budget rental location at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pick-up. Please note that off-airport locations cannot pick you up from an airport with a Budget location.

Our operating hours are as follows:

- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM

- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Please be aware of holiday hours: closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, with adjusted hours on other holidays.

"They gave us an EV that was only charged 40% or less for our day trip. When we couldn't make it back in time (and wasted 3 hours trying to find a charger that worked, then charging the car), they tried to charge us a late fee. Budget customer service offered a $20 refund for our trouble, but never followed through on that either."

"I was a bit skeptical about renting a car here because of the bad reviews. It was the closest rental to my hotel so decided to take the change. 2 guys where at the location, give me some advice, and handed over the keys. So far so good. I rented a full-size pickup, so when i walked into the garage and pressed the open button on my key, i was a very suprised to see the lights flashing of a shrunken hybrid suv called a Dodge Hornet. I walked back to the counter and told him this was not what i rented. He apologized and his colleague went upstairs to get another car. He came back with a nice looking brand new Toyota Tacoma with a full tank of gas. Very happy with this car and how it was solved. Returning the car was no problem and no crazy additional costs. Had a good experience!"

"We have rented a car at Budget many times since 2021 but was the last time. The quality of service has been downgraded to worst level. Our last rent, the car was dirty, we changed 3 times for a working car, and also we didn't receive any extended time or something to compensate our waste of time. There are 2 young boys who attend at Budget - 1450 Bloomfield St, Hoboken, NJ 07030. They are not polite, they don't know what they are doing, and they dont care about customers. Rob Calderone, we are going to use another rental company, because the last experience was the worst ever."

"Renting at this location was very easy, the staff is super nice and helpful, I even recieved a free upgrade from RJ I didnt even ask he just did it which was sooo super nice! I was charged for gas mistakenly and it was fixed with in minutes, I saw the reflection on my card and was sent a clear receipt for my records. I work in service so I REALLY appreciate great customer service from nice and helpful people!! Its definitely my favorite location!"
