After migrating to the USA in 1991, she earned her BS in Biology from Upsala College, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1994. She then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey, where she graduated with honors in 1998. Dr. Parkin-Edwin further specialized in periodontics and holds a Master's Degree along with a Continuing Education Certification in Orthodontics from Progressive Orthodontic Seminars.
