"This is the first time I went to Empire Dental after confirming that they accept my insurance. Eeven though they are busy, they could accommodate me by squeezing in in to an appointment cancelled slot. Entrance is on the backmof the building and the waiting room is not that great. A little dark with old furniture. But inside the exam rooms and the equipment are new and in good condition. Mine was not an emergency. If is for a routine check up and cleaning. Office staff are good but not extra welcoming. Hygienist is excellent. Especially the hygienist Ms. Swetlana is one fine lady with several years of experience and is very pleasant with excellent bed side manners and professionalism. She exams thoroughly and after taking the required X’Rays, started cleaning. She cleaned thoroughly and without causing any irritation or inconvenience. I should say she has a thorough knowledge and good technical skills. Later I was seen by Dr. Alla Povulsshkin. She did not exam my mouth, but from the full dental X ray that I have provided and the input from Ms. Swetlana, said that I don’t have any issues. She suggested me to floss regularly using water pick, to prevent plaque and help gums. It would be nice if she would have examined physically as a qualified dentist, instead of simply depending upon the C Rays and the hygienist’s report. This is the only place where the Dentist did not physically examined the patients teeth and advised. My first impression is they are genuine and unnecessarily perform or treat for conditions that don’t exist. I will be updating this review later after a couple of more visits with my renewed experience. For now, I would say they are good and reliable and I recommend them to others who need a professional help with a qualified dentist and a hygienist."

"First I came in to Dr. Alla Puvlushkin because she was recommended by all of my friends. I had a root canal that was needed to be taken care of fast! She explained everything step by step and made me feel so comfortable! She constantly made sure I was comfortable and ok. And once she was done, I was able to take care of my cosmetic needs as well.
