"THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DAWN and all the staff who were wonderful with my son today when he came in to have his last baby tooth extracted!!!! My son needed to have his last baby tooth pulled because it wasn’t falling out on its own. My son was nervous about getting this done. There were several dental staff members in the room, including of course, the oral surgeon and they were ALL fantastic with him. They all were very friendly and definitely helped to put him at ease. Knowing he likes to listen to music, Dawn, who is his regular hygienist, made sure to tell the other hygienist to play music for him during the procedure. Dawn has been my son’s dental hygienist for over 10 years so she knows him very well and is always absolutely fantastic with him. Today she came in to the room for his tooth extraction and went above and beyond to ease his anxiety by talking with him and being extremely comforting and supportive. Thanks again Dawn and the rest of the dental staff for a phenomenal job today!"

"10/26/2023: Came in for the first time totally in Confusion as to what procedures are nowadays, because I haven’t used my retirement dental plan since I retired in 2014. First: the reception ladies are very pleasant , quick to the point, (if you did the paperwork online) and they actually checked it. Second: The wait was under 15 minutes the waiting area clean, though most people be in their phones, it was good to actually hear the TV. Dawn assisted me today and listened to me explain what happened and what I wanted. She explained everything and even went as far as to give me alternative info concerning what I had actually expressed. Which convinced me to change my mind. I felt like I was in control. I’ve been to dental offices where I was told to sit, what they going to do and when to come back. Dtr. Whitman chair side manner was just as thorough and also explained what I wanted was doable but he agreed with Dawn and assured me I would be comfortable with our agreement. When I asked about cost of procedures I was given an amount and I was t pressured into immediate action, I actually picked a date where I can financially afford the time and money without pressure. I read the reviews before I came and let me tell you, they’re not fabricated! What …a….team!!!"

"The Drs are great. However, the office charges a hefty 4% for paying my $1,500 bill the day of service with a Credit Card. That's $60. Instead of being thrilled I paid my bill on the day of service and they will not have to wait to collect, they punish this good behavior by charging me $60 more. Bad business decision."

"After fearing the dentist for years, I am more than happy with my experience at NJ Team Dental. The staff truly cares about every patient’s experience. They talk you through every procedure and make sure there is ZERO discomfort. Just removed all four of my wisdom teeth today and now I’m writing a review! 10/10. I now look forward to my dentist appointments and could not be happier with the health of my teeth."
