Eileen Stamato is a health institution located at 32 South Main Street, Medford, New Jersey, United States. She specializes in trauma therapy and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based Stress reduction. Eileen also incorporates Art Therapy into her practice to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings in a creative way. Eileen works with adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and address issues such as anxiety and depression. She believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their inner resources and work towards personal growth.
