"Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~"

The person that initially served me, due to another customer being waited upon by the counter person, was impatient and curt. Clearly there were other administrative matters to be attended to, which is fair enough, but I felt like an inconvenience, not a customer."
