"I been a patient for 4yrs was told some1 will get bk to me.. No 1 does inhad a nervous break down no 1 was there to answer or get my meds refilled. They are very unorganized unprofessional. They cancel so many appointments on me. I'm glad I'm not suicidal.. wish there's something we all can do to stop this messy office"

"This office is terrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Although the office is convenient to get to and book an appointment the professionalism of the staff is horrible. They will tell you one thing while on the phone and once the phone hangs up the person does not do their job. In fact it takes 48 hrs + to correct their own mistakes. I am fed up with the disrespectful staff. Being on hold for 25 minutes a staff picks up the phone says how can I help you and says hold on for another 20 mins and hangs up the phone !!! The fact I had to give them a 1 star to post this comment is ridiculous. This office deserves no stars!!!"

"Dr Bahar is impossible to get in touch with. I’ve spent months calling and leaving messages with the assistants, emailing her directly, and requesting prescription refills through their web portal — nothing. Our last appointment she told me to “reach out via the web portal when I need refills” but that’s clearly not working. How she can allow her patients to be ignored when their mental health medication is on the line is beyond me. Extremely frustrating and disheartening. During our calls she is great, but it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment or even contact her at all, appointment are always canceled or severely delayed as well."

"Mental Health illness is something that is extremely looked over and ignored. This office is supposed to be readily available for their patients. I have not been able to contact anyone for questions, concerns or refill information. Unfortunately , NO ONE is available by phone- I got to a point where I even tried to reach the staff from the physician and hospital only line and still unsuccessful. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone."

"Dr is AMAZING however the fact that she can morally allow her patients to not be able to get in touch with her. I haven’t heard from them in 10 months. They keep refilling my prescriptions but will not answer my calls for an appointment. They have essentially ghosted me. The physical location I used to go to is gone. This is unacceptable and unbelievable."
