Ingerman acquired the community in 2022 and has since completed extensive renovations both inside and out. Inside, apartments have been refreshed with repairs, paint, new carpeting, plank flooring, reconfigured kitchens with new cabinets and appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, upgraded central air, and Energy Star LED lighting. Residents can also enjoy the new community building, which features a lounge and offices for supportive services, management, and maintenance staff.
