"The great thing about this place is that they also sell ice cream. Not all locations sell ice cream. It's great to have an additional option to buy ice cream with my glazed donut. There's always at least 3 people working at a time. Therefore, the service is efficient and the orders come out correctly. However, they need to spend time cleaning the tables."

"The staff was incredibly rude. I was placing a large order, and for half of what we ordered, he acted very annoyed like it was inconvenient that I asked for this tosted or that without cheese. He didn't hear me for one item so we didn't receive it and I needed to go back. I needed to go back a second time because one of the coffees needed more milk, and first she opened it and asked where she should put it, and after I suggested maybe pour some out, she was like, what you want it cold? Very rude."
"Hard to rate this Dunkin’ anything less than 5 stars Been coming here for over 5 years at this point This place got me through college being 24/7 and I didn’t even go to RU menu is 100% vegetarian And they don’t miss on Dunkin’ standards for food drink and service This is your highland park neighborhood Dunkin’!"
