Little Flyers Academy is a specialized institution located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States, catering to the child care needs of federal employees at the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center. Situated within a secure Federal facility on the same campus as the U.S Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City and the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard, our operating hours are designed to accommodate the full-time work force. As a certified Child Care Aware provider, we offer rebates to military families utilizing this program. Our mission at Little Flyers Academy is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), we ensure high-quality, research-based education to prepare children for future success.

While Two Mile Beach is closed from April 1 to September 30 to protect nesting shorebirds, the rest of the refuge remains open year-round, providing a unique chance to witness a variety of species such as Kestrels, Woodcocks, and the endangered Piping Plover.
