"I liked Dr. Lazarus when she was in a smaller practice but since she made the move to a bigger practice, I havent been able to see her. They pawn me off on physician's assistants and yet I am paying for a doctor's visit. It's crazy. There are two instances that stand out for me that made me switch to a different doctor. I had a doctor's appointment and arrived about 15 minutes late and they turned me away saying, they had other patients booked up. During the second instance, I saw a doctor, but not Dr. Lazarus. I went in because I was feeling run down and I was told there was nothing wrong with me that would warrant medication and I might have a virus and I had to let it run its course. Then three months later I get a voice message from the doctor's office apologizing for the delay and telling me, in fact, I had strep throat at the time of the visit and there was a problem getting the labs. So their practice can't wait 15 minutes for me, but I can wait 3 months for them? No thank you."
"I love Dr. Lazarus. She is kind and listens to your problems without just trying to solve your issues with an RX pad. The office staff and environment is also very welcoming. I have been going to her for about a year after many failed doctors, and I love this practice and have no intention of changing."
