We had a bad interaction with Scott last summer in which he was unnecessarily disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We provided Vernon Pools with feedback, they sent someone else to rectify the situation, and then they ghosted us and left us high and dry for the rest of the pool season. It was a blessing in disguise because it forced us to figure everything out on our own. This year, now that we have figured out our pool system and how to care for it, we’ve learned that a lot of the advice Vernon Pools was giving us about how to maintain our pool and troubleshoot issues we were having was completely wrong. What I will give them credit for is that Heather was kind and professional up until they ghosted us."

"I've tried other companies before finding Vernon Pool and Spa. I have been using them for the past 3 years. They have done a lot of work for me including replacing my pool liner, pump, and installed a multi-valve. They went out of their way to help me with a diving board repair no one else would touch. Great solution to a potentially costly problem. They have replaced many components at fair prices.and customer service at the store is fantastic. They don't try to sell me a ton of stuff I don't need."

"Vernon Pool is an excellent pool company. They inspected my inground pool with great detail when I purchased my home in Sparta NJ. The pool definitely had some issues but I was aware of what I was buying. Since my purchase they have installed a new custom Loop Loc cover and Loop Loc liner. Vernon Pool removed the existing inground pool light and replaced it with an updated model and changed out the transformer. Vernon Pool has also opened and closed my pool on a yearly basis. Their field and office staff are great to deal with and their work is very exceptional. If you are looking for a pool company that does it all then I would highly recommend Vernon Pool & Spa Services."
