"Very, very bad! They don't clean shirts, Shirts come back with stains that have not been there before. Then they tell you it was you, same stain pattern on 5 shirts. Seriously? On their reply: The shirts went in without the yellow stains and came back with yellow stains. Read all the reviews and form your own opinion. Tbh, I just like to have clean shirts and I am happy to pay for it, I am not happy to pay double, particularly if they messed this up. If it's more important to them to be right but having the business with me, that’s their choice as well. I gave them 5 shirts a week for more than one year. Their attitude convinced me to change my cleaning service.."

"On Thursday morning, I, a senior, gave my blazer for drycleaning, asking to pick it up on Saturday to wear it to a conference overseas. I pointed out to the salesman Mr. Kevin the gravy stain on the sleeve and was assured it would be cleaned. On my enquiring he also confirmed the blazer would be steam pressed. On Saturday, after paying for the service, I just casually checked if the gravy stain was cleaned, and to my utter surprise it was still there, totally untouched! The attending salesman Mr. Daniel, Kevin's brother took it inside and brought it back with a wet sleeve. I asked if he tried to remove the stain with petrol, but he said he just put some water! As the stain was still there he asked me if I could leave it for redoing. As I couldn't, he took it inside two more times to "dry clean" the sleeve "with water" but to no avail. Meanwhile, on lifting the plastic cover fully, I noticed the blazer was neither steam pressed; rather had lint all over. I asked for lint remover that I used myself as he didn't offer to remove them! I told him as the blazer was not cleaned at all, I'll bring it back after my conference and he should then redo it. To this he took a picture of the wet sleeve with the stain covered with water and hence invisible, and said he would tell Kevin and that I should negotiate with him when I bring it back. After reading similar reviews by others, I know I won't venture there again, rather write off the money I paid and the wasted time for horrible service, rather a disservice! Be aware!!"

"We do all our dry cleaning here and have been for almost 8 years. They are the best cost / value ratio in the Princeton area. I would say that Mayflower is about the same or slightly better but you're paying at least a 30% - 40% premium to get dry-cleaning done by them."

"I had a dress “cleaned” here this past week. I picked up the dress with the intention of wearing it as a guest to a wedding the next day. I opened it today and the stains and smell from when I dropped it off are still there! They never even cleaned it. This is stealing. Do not go here."

"I had a dress cleaned and it was completely destroyed. I had 2 pairs of sandals repaired. The cleaners sent to the shoe maker so they do not do the work. What I am dissatisfied with the information or lack of information that was conveyed to the shoe repair. I asked for the heels to be repair and the sole. The sole was repair $40 each and the heel was not on the initial invoice of the repair. Also, I was texted to confirm the job and opted not to have the job done, but that was disregarded and the job was done anyway. They are pleasant but do not listen to the needs of the customers and is the reason I will not use their service or recommend their business."
