"I asked about price per shirt before so when I came back to pick up my shirts, I was surprised to learn that they cost more than double because my shirts "would not fit on their machines". Cleaning was fine, but very poor communication."

"Paid $40 to alter my pant length. They only fully stitched one leg. The other leg had one stitch and was otherwise just folded inside. The folded part fell out after a single wash, so now I need to stitch it again. It seemed they gave the item back to me without finishing their job. Paying that price to get a half-done pant alternation is ridiculous."

Thay made it ready but charged $10 more without telling me and getting my confirmation They said because you wanted it faster!! Than again, they added %4 credit card charge because it was not cash.
