"I ordered online from here by mistake. My go to Chinese restaurant is call Lucky Star as well. In haste I ordered from this lucky star. Let me tell you I was definitely not lucky. The food was absolutely horrible. Chicken was undercooked, rice was just plain nasty, and the rib tips was miniature bricks w/bbq sauce drizzled on top. I will definitely never ever go back to this place."
"HORRIBLE!!!! This is the first and last time I will ever get food from this place again. I placed an order for delivery and the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She said it would take about 25 minutes but it took about an hour. The delivery driver was cool, no complaints about him. I placed an order for myself and a family member and our food was terrible. I had boneless ribs with pork fried rice. The ribs were dry and had a funny taste. The rice wasn't fried it was yellow. My family member ordered spare ribs with vegetable lo mein and she said her ribs were also dry and tasted funny. She didn't have any complaints about the lo mein. I called to tell them about all of the issues and the lady insisted that the food was fresh and they've never had a problem before. Seriously!!!! I let her know this was my first and last order. So please stay far away from this place"
