"I've been ordering here for the past 7 years, and this will be the last. I ordered today at 2:38pm 2x large pizzas and 4 orders of garlic knots. The rude lady everyone complains about on the phone said 45 min to 1 hour. I called them after waiting an 1 hour and 20 minutes. She stated he's outside waited another 15 minutes called again to cancel my order. She states he's outside again. Then I ask for the manager who never gets on the phone after being put on hold all for her to say that the manager stated that we can't ever call there again for food. The poor service and accountability is going to ruin this business. Also the woman taking the orders, blaming the weather, that they only have one delivery guy etc etc. Don't worry we won't EVER call or go your establishment again. POOR SERVICE will overshadow everything else. Do better!"
"Pizza is great, but the female when you call is horrible. Plane Rude! Because of this you have lost my business n will tell my friends on Sanford ave to support other pizza spots where you feel welcomed. She was so rude and just hung up the phone w not even a thank you or letting us know when our pizza would be ready., sad because the food is good, but the phone attedant needs to be fired."
"The other day I got, Big Joe’s Pizzeria, for lunch. I ordered 2 Pepperoni Slices & a BBQ Chicken Slice. As a compliment for the crust, I asked for marinara on the side for dipping. Both individual slices were extremely middling. The Pepperoni Slice, being the better of the two, was ok at best. Would try it again. On the other hand one would not be able to tell their, BBQ & their Buffalo Chicken Slices apart. It is because they add either BBQ or Buffalo Sauce to the already prepared chicken slices during the added time of order. I could not highly recommend, Big Joe’s Pizzeria, but if you would like a quick pizza bite while in the Irvington area. Check out, Big Joe’s Pizzeria."
