"I don't know what happened to this place, was once the hospital to go to always came here instead of rahway. There literally waxing the floors as my daughter was in the area with the smell of wax in the nurses ward.Really unorganized but they were quick for your insurance I'll tell you that.So far it's going on 3 hours a nice nurse just came and moved us to a little better area. Let's see how long this scan takes and how long before a DR comes.smh ok you can't make things up my daughter was released looked for appendicitis scan and alli get a call after the release that she needs to come back cause it looks like appendix has a problem really you can't make this up, wanted to go to overlook at this point but they would have to do a whole new scan.wWTH is going on here."

"I did wait about 5 hours in the waiting room but I understand it goes by how severe your symptoms are. They did check my BP twice to make sure I was good while waiting. My room was clean and the nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. The doctor listened to my concerns with details and asking me a lot of questions to give me a diagnosis. Thank you doctor and staff."

"Needs a complete overhaul in nurses. My mom has been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have to call the nurses station at least 2-3 times to get someone to help her. They bring her tray in, leave it and she waits for long periods before I can get someone in there to prop her up to eat.She is bedridden and can’t do for herself or she would. When I call they say they will have someone go in and don’t until I call again. I could spend all day on the phone just over 3 meals!!!! Unfortunately I can’t be there due to my own health issues but there is no excuse for this kind of neglect. She is not a complainer, just wants her meals and be able to eat them. If you ever have someone in the hospital be sure you have a family member there to stay on top of things and definitely don’t go to this one!!!"

"Went there for an emergency for my spouse injury. Overall good experience from doctor and staff, but only bad part is its too long waiting time before you get examine. I understand their part of treating patient based on severity but still it should not be too long waiting time, emergency should never meant a person with low severity should be kept on waiting for a long period of time mine took nearly 3.5hrs to got examine. They should increase their emergency staff more to handle multiple people to improve their ratings."

"Brought my dad here at 3Am. No one attended us untill 7Am. Was done with CT on 9 and they made us sit there untill 4PM without seeing a doctor. They moved room without bed in the room, without water and food. My dad had to sit there with kidney stone pain without bed. Nurses are very rude. Just dont waste time and go somewhere else."
