"As my car had an issue with low oil sign I took to my car here because Three county VW wasn't doing the job. I was told by Jack Daniels that order to find out the issue They need to do the oil change themselves and than once low oil sign comes back than They will do the next test. I had my oil change done just few days ago but I went along with them because I wanted to go to root of the problem. Day of the oil change they suppose to give me ride to work I called in the morning before dropping the car off to make sure they had driver to drop me off the work as I had very important meeting scheduled but when I drop my car I was told there is no one drive me there till 10 am so I had to canceled my meeting. When I told them that I called you guys to confirm before dropping of my car why you said come over we have ride for you. At the time of pick up my car after oil change I was told now on they won't service my car as I complain. This is unprofessional instead of saying sorry to you just stop working with customer. Now I did the oil change without needed as they are not doing test to find out the problem with low oil sign. i promise never buying car from VW."

"I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my time. This by far was a very bad experience. The Communication was terrible from start to finish. The employees were very welcoming making you feel very comfortable but the process and lack of communication was very bad. First issue was I wanted to put the car under my business name. I mentioned it plenty of times and they ran the credit app through my personal name. 2nd issue was they told me the car was ready to go at 1 pm and I arrived at 330 and didn’t leave to 6pm for whatever reason. 3rd as the salesman is walking me out to leave with my car someone calls him and says I can’t take the car because it hasn’t gone to inspection and needed a oil change. Remind you they told me the car was ready at 1. 4th they told me the curbed rashes wheel in the pictures was repaired and it wasn’t. 5th the salesman said the higher ups agreed to let me take the car and come back to fix the wheel, get the inspection and oils change. Now as we are going back to the car a manager comes out and says we will give you a loaner… now I have to drive with the salesman 10 min away to service to get a loaner and when I get there I have to wait again for the loaner to come out. After all this I finally got to go home. 6th Friday the salesman calls me and says the car is ready to go and my response to him was are you sure because I can’t spent more then 2 mins there and he says yes the car is out front. I ask if I bring the loaner to the dealer and he says yes. I get to the dealer and now they say I’m suppose to take the car to the service building 10 mins away. At this point I almost lost it and told them I’m not taking the car no where.. 7th I know the car was used, but I’ve bought plenty of used cars for my business and they always clean it inside and out. This car was dirty inside and didn’t even receive a vacuum. 8th the car didn’t come with a full tank. I’ve bought used cars from Ramsey bmw, the ray catana group, world wide bmw and mom and pop dealers and they would always fill up the gas. There was plently of these cars on the market and I didn’t want to go to a mom and pop dealer because I figured I’ll get great customer service at jack Daniel’s since they are known. boy was I wrong! I am not happy at all with the service provided and would think 3 times before even stepping into a jack Daniel’s dealer again."

"Overall, it was a great experience from making the appointment to picking up my car. Everyone is extremely nice and i really like that they send you a video of the car with an update on what the service entailed and if there were any issues. I would have given 5 stars but they were unable to do the car wash in the two hour time frame. They offered to have me cone back but it is not convenient for me since i work full time and don't live close by."
