"The total receipt including taxes and fees was 114$ and they charged me 117$ saying that this was an additional fee for using the credit card wich is a nonsense just to get more money. Is not for the three dollars is the transparency and honesty. Very disappointed"

"I've had several issues with my vehicle. I don't blame the service for this but rather the quality of the brand. What is in their control is the service and quality I receive for what they can deliver on and this is where and why I give it a 1 start review. First the people are pleasant to deal with generally. I only had one issue with an individual when I called and they wouldn't let me speak to a service tech and service manager when I was trying to inquire about the necessity for me to bring my car in again on an issue. (For the record since purchasing my vehicle, I've brought it back in frequently, more than 7x in a short period). Various quality issues with the car keep popping up. When I receive loaner vehicles, on the last 2, they've been really dirty. Water bottles, plastic wrap and other debris left over from the prior user was just some of the things I showed to the service manager. I received another loaner where it was just dirty but not to the degree of last time. I really don't know what the expectations are around cleaning and sanitizing a vehicle after it's returned and given to another user but something I would strongly encourage this service center to look at. Another issue I had with the service center was not getting better assessments from the techs as to when your vehicle would be back. Given that I've had to bring in my vehicle several times by budgeting time out of my schedule with work and meetings, I just want a better understanding as to when the vehicle would be ready. There have been times 1 tech quotes me something and then another tech gives me other information. This is all when I had already brought in my vehicle. There are other issues I've had but they've been one off's so far with the service center so I don't want to highlight those as a reoccurring theme since that wouldn't be fair. I've had other German brand vehicles and also Japanese brand vehicles too so I've been able to see a few different service centers and how they operate. Unfortunately this is on my bottom for quality/communication/cleanliness."

"Besides recommending never getting an Audi, don’t ever take your car here.. I’m pretty convinced they use either reused or low quality items to fix the cars.. I’ve had countless issues with Audi, battery issues, engine coolants leakages, 3 flat tires, it’s a complete joke. This place is a disaster ."

"My first time using Jack Daniels for repairing my out-of-warranty 2017 Audi that experienced overheating. Shawn was my rep and he was excellent. Shared details at every juncture and was very polite and cooperative. It was going to be a costly repair if Audi did not honor the class action settlement suit that acknowledged problems with the cooling system. The Audi repair shop I usually take my car to was giving me a hard time about the repair being covered by the settlement and I spent hours trying to explain it to them. Fortunately my very honest mechanic said take it to Jack Daniels. No issue whatsoever there. Thermostat and water pump were replaced at no charge! I will always use Jack Daniels in the future.
