"I was initially told that the body work to my vehicle would be completed in 5-7 days, fast forward to over a month then there’s completion of the work. I was very disappointed that I received my vehicle in the condition reflected in the photos which shows a used tail light as the replacement which is indicated by the scratches to it as well as the bug on the inside, scratches on the side of my vehicle, heavy dust and overspray on the interior of my car. I contacted Dan after receiving my vehicle with the interior in this condition and notified him of the scratches where he then had one of his employees pickup my vehicle for a “detail” which literally only consisted of a vacuum. The area where the scratches were wasn’t able to be buffed out so they repainted that area. Also, rear emblems are not aligned on the trunk; which is something that I’ll correct myself. The trunk when opened is practically touching the rear window. The only benefit to come from this experience was the body shop owner communicating with the auto adjuster on having the rental vehicle extended. From this experience I would NOT recommend this body shop."
"The photos are the condition I received my car in AFTER “repairs by this shop”. I was told my car would take 14 days and it took over 25 days. TERRIBLE JOB."
