"If you see a short guy with long hair and bad hand tattoos working the pumps, you’re better off filling up yourself."
"Success is starting to make Wawa a not so convenient stop. If I have to wait more than 5 minutes to get checked out, it's not worth making the stop. Self checkout is helpful, but many items can not be scanned at these registers. Your employees need to be more aware of long lines and opening another register to keep your customers moving. Unfortunately, this seems to be the case in most of the SJ stores. Don't wait until you start to lose your customer base before providing a quick, convenient service you provided in the past."
