The West Essex YMCA Peanut Shell Early Childhood Center is a licensed childcare facility located at 7 Regent Street in Livingston, New Jersey. We offer quality care for infants to school-age children, with a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Wushu-Kung Fu Fitness Center is a health institution located at 271 West Northfield Road in Livingston, New Jersey, United States. Specializing in Chinese martial arts, the center offers training in Wushu, Wing Chun, Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, Jook Lum (Southern Praying Mantis), and Lion Dance. Founded in 1954 by Tjiong Wing Tak, a three-generation family-owned business, Wushu-Kung Fu Fitness Center is New Jersey's authentic Chinese Martial Arts school and training center for the USA Wushu Team Trials, and a member of the USA Wushu-Kungfu Federation. In addition to martial arts training, the center also offers athletic and casual shoes since 1920, with a variety of styles and collections available. The center is proud of its students who have won numerous national and international championships, including making the USA Wushu Team, USA Junior Wushu Team, and USA Kung Fu Team. Instructor Mary Massey is dedicated to helping students lead healthier lives through martial arts training.
