"I had a terrible experience with this storage company. The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Every time I call, I encounter issues with unpleasant representatives. Today, my mother called to inquire about paying with a check, and the representative named Judy promised to check with her manager and return the call. However, after waiting for a while with no response, my mother decided to call again, but no one answered. She then went to the office and found the staff browsing their phones during business hours. When she shared her concerns with Judy, she was met with rudeness, condescension, and dismissiveness. Judy claimed to be too busy and stated that they only accept credit card payments and that if payments are not received two days after a 30-day mark, a lien will be added to the storage and the locks will be cut. This 30-day policy seems unfair. Judy's behavior reflects poorly on the company's credibility. After my mother left, I called to speak with a supervisor and address my concerns, but Judy refused to provide me with any information, except for the general manager's name, Lourdes. This lack of professionalism will lead me to close my account with this company very soon. I suggest avoiding this storage facility because it is overpriced, and the staff is unpleasant"

"I am giving this establishment a two-star rating as the price charged for the unit is outrageously high compared to other storage locations. While the management has proven to be somewhat cordial during telephonic interactions, my recent experience with the manager was unsatisfactory. Her tone of voice and responses to my inquiries were perceived as condescending, I found her attitude unacceptable. While I acknowledge that delays in payments can occur, I have always ensured to pay my dues. However, the need to call more than five times a day seems like harassment to me. The calls and the daily messages, some of which were also condescending, prompted me to block the caller's number. Please acknowledge that customers are essential, and personal issues should be handled with care."

"They suck!!!!! Phone service is great but once you enter the store, the manager is rude nosey and already ready to increase my storage fee before I even move in... Will never recommend... This place is a scam..... If you want reasonable prices without the hassle or rude people insulting you, Storage Blue is the place to go. They treat you with respect and help you chose the unit that's best for you... And you don't have to worry about any hidden fees...."
