"I thought it was good for the price. It was clean, but hours are somewhat limited on weekends which was difficult for me and you sometimes had to wait for elevators. All in all it was what I expected, I moved to a storage closer to my home with 24/7 access."

"Was a renter for over 10 years. Experience wasn't bad, however there are things to consider when renting. 1- don't even think about storing anything in cardboard boxes. Although your belongings are indoors, they'll still be susceptible to humidity, bugs, and temperature changes. I learned the hard way as only a few weeks in, spiders, flies, moths, and even bees had more access to my things than I did. The cardboard boxes began to sag due to the temperature changes and as I began to remove boxes to repack them into plastic bins I noticed cobwebs and dead insect carcasses not only in the unit, but inside the boxes which were taped shut. PLASTIC BINS ARE A MUST. 2- you will have very limited access to your unit. Pay close attention to the operating hours as the facility is closed for holidays and closes early daily. The schedule forces many renters to have to go during weekends which also limits accessibility because of loading dock and door traffic. 3- there are 3 loading areas which usually have considerable traffic so plan your visits either very early or, if you need a loading ramp, check in from time to time to make sure you can get access to them. In case the loading ramps are blocked, which is usually the case except in the winter, there's a loading dock in the part of the warehouse facing the office, which is in another separate building, that is usually not blocked. The dock has no steps or easy way down or up except to jump on or off, so extra hands are necessary. (See pics) There's a sign limiting the amount of time you can leave a vehicle in front of the loading zone, but I've never seen it enforced. Remember other businesses share the property so often times during business hours you may have to navigate around other traffic which can include 18 wheelers and heavy box trucks loading and unloading to those businesses or even the storage facility as well. 4- there is 1 freight elevator to the upper floors. It looks dated, but it's sturdy and does the job well. People will leave carts pretty much anywhere so if you don’t see one you may have to walk around to find one, but there are plenty. 5- after the introductory pricing lapses, the rent will increase. Before you know it, you'll be paying what you would pay anywhere else, which is reasonable, except all these conditions still exist which honestly, other places have 24 hour access and climate control and are much cleaner facilities. I strongly suggest doing research first and be mindful of what you are storing to better suit your needs. Summing it all up, it's reasonably priced, but you're getting what you pay for. They've expanded to include outside units with 24 hour access, but do your research first, tour the place and weigh your options. I hope this review helps. Good luck!"

"Wonderful service. Love the access to my storage unit and the efficiency of the booking process. Our representative Kevin was friendly and I loved that we had a gold cart ride to check out our unit (especially in this heat wave). They have several options for your needs and different price points. We checked out other storage companies before this and this was the best. Customer service is always great. Had an issue one time Kevin went over and above to meet the needs that I needed at the current time !!!
