"01/27/24 This was my 1st time @ Bubbakoos in West Orange and likely my last. I was shopping in West Orange and noticed there was one there. After eating several times at the Union location. I was expecting the same quality of food and was disappointed. I ordered the Chiwawa queso and hibachi shrimp. I even paid an additional fee for extra queso. Needless to say the rice was under cooked and for $17 the portion was nothing to be desired. The food was inedible due to the crunchy rice and it was extremely dry. The store was very clean and the staff was nice and welcoming. However, that is not enough for me to return and get nothing in return. To say I am disappointed is an understatement."
"We were headed to another restaurant when we saw bubbakoos open and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, we were more than impressed . Customer service was immaculate, they were very knowledgeable about all the options and sizes. I got the papi hibachi burrito and she got a quesadilla and I can’t wait to go back to try the bowl with all the fixings inside and able to eat the bowl. Thanks for opening. We will be back"
"There is a language barrier which I didn’t like because they messed up my order a few times. The burrito they made me was very small the one in Livingston doesn’t even make them this small. My food was also cold. I will not be coming back or recommend anyone to come to this one go to the one in Livingston or Elizabeth they are a lot more clean and organized."
"Been waiting for this place to open ever since I moved here from Lincoln Park! Fantastic wings, really underrated for a burrito joint. Crispy but lots of flavor and drenched in buffalo sauce. Quesadilla was good as well. Highly recommended, glad to see there's no loss in quality from the established restaurants to this new location! Love Bubbakoo's."
