"Rice is hard and undercooked. Increased in price but portions size are like kids meals now."

"Listen, I love Chipotle, but this location just sucks! I’ve given it a few chances and it’s bad every single time. I’ve walked in to find employees going at each other, the meat is always overcooked to the point that it’s charred and inedible, and they gave us moldy fruit in my kid’s meal. I’ve always found locations to be consistent, but this one just knocks it out of the park with bad quality."

"The service at this location compared to the other locations is horrible, my mobile order was said to come out at 8:20 and took nearly to 8:40 before I saw them work on it. While my group was waiting for our orders, the location had no customers come in from the time we ordered to when we got our food. In the meantime, the locations employees were all either playing on their phones or gossiping in the back. For having zero customers and not making food at the moment, the restaurant was also very dirty all around as pictured in the photo below. Neither my group or myself will be returning to this location, "

"The restaurant was empty, but not a single clean table. The garbage was over flowing and the food tasted a day old. By far the worst I've ever seen. I ate with my food in my lap because it was so dirty. Spoke to the manager or assistant manager and they're reply was. Ok."

"I usually do not have issues with Chipotle, today I did. I made a mobile order and it came up with a promised time of 7:15 PM. I walked into the store at 7:13 and the order was not even started. I gave the employee my name and she proceeded to start making tacos. Meanwhile, people who walked in, stood in line and ordered are getting their orders faster than I, who mobile ordered. After waiting more than 10 minutes for 9 tacos and a bag of chips, I walked out of the restaurant at 7:27 PM to my car and drove home. I get in the house and open everything and it's just a mess. We got less than half a bag of chips, our tacos were literally covered in lettuce, we could not see anything else on them unless we removed lettuce. This bothers me because 1. they never put this much lettuce on and 2. I overheard the employees talking about how an earlier shift did not change out some of the ingredients. That's no reason to dump what you have left onto our one order to the point where we can't taste our other toppings. While I was waiting as well, 2-3 employees were standing in the back of the establishment just talking doing nothing. One employee seemed to try and get them to help out but to no avail. Speaking of, our tacos were made extremely sloppily. They usually are distinguishable which taco is which and you're able to easily pick them up, not in this case. There was so much material piled on to our orders that our hard shell tortilla tacos were completely soggy, one of which had a hole in the bottom that then completely ripped while it was being eaten. The meat in the tacos was also likely from the bottom of their bins, as a good portion of the pieces were nothing but fat. As someone who has nothing but good experiences with Chipotle in the past, this truly disappointed me today. Seems like I'll be taking a break of this until something gets fixed."
