f Ball State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance, Julia has returned to her home state to share her passion for dance with the students at Genovese Dance Alliance. With a background in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and tap, Julia brings a well-rounded approach to her teaching, focusing on technique, artistry, and expression in each class. Julia has had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers and instructors throughout her dance career, including Sarah Mangelsdorf, Michael Worcel, and Alex Springer. These experiences have shaped her teaching style, emphasizing the importance of discipline, creativity, and collaboration in the dance studio. In addition to teaching, Julia continues to perform professionally with various dance companies in the New Jersey area, showcasing her versatility and dedication to the art form. Her goal is to inspire her students to not only become technically proficient dancers, but also to find joy and fulfillment in the movement and expression of dance.
