"Called for heater service, guys came out on a Thursday, inspected, said the prior install was not done properly, duct work and return sizes not done properly. Asked the techs for 2 estimates, 1 to address the heater issue quickly to get the unit running; 2nd estimate to completely overhaul the prior install. Techs agreed to do the 2 estimates, left and said we’d be billed a small fee for the call. On Friday the owner Nick called my wife and said they weren’t honoring the 1st estimate, and he would write up the 2nd, to include an additional return register. We called another HVAC company for another opinion, he came out on Saturday, inspected, agreed the install was poorly done, but he also fixed a faulty thermo coupler, the unit now runs properly (although inefficiently). He charged $225 total. My wife called Nick on Monday and cancelled, he billed us for $200, got indignant and confrontational when we told him we’d pay a lesser amount as we were told. We offered to pay $100. Owner threatened to sue, put a lien against the house and ruin our credit. There was no work done by the NW Mechanical techs, and they completely missed the faulty thermo coupler issue. Do yourself a favor, call somebody else."

"Excellent heater service. Fast response, very knowledgeable service technician made the diagnosis and knew exactly how and where to locate a hard-to find-blower motor specific to our unit. Repair was finished same day. Price was very fair and a great value considering the work done and getting the part transported on site. A+++ I would highly recommend them."
