"This is the best place you can bring your little ones in. All staff members were really kind and helpful. I want to thank vet tech Cory for taking care of our precious robo while we were waiting for the doctor to be available and for being very empathetic and gentle with her (we didn't have an appointment and came for an emergency). I want to thank Taylor for being compassionate and giving my husband and I privacy in the moment of grief while taking on all of the paperwork. And I want to thank Dr. Jennifer Cromwell for doing the best she could to help our Bonita on her last day on Earth and for being so knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Losing your pet is not easy, no matter their breed or size, but Animal&Bird Health Care Center did the best job possible, and not once did I feel judged for grieving a little hamster. I was not given the same luxury before in a different hospital, and that's I am also very grateful for."
