Dr. Baxi, a New Jersey native from East Brunswick, is a highly qualified and experienced physician. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Further honing his expertise, he completed an Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine fellowship at Orthopedic and Spine Specialists (OSS) Health in Pennsylvania.
Our services include a comprehensive range of treatments such as fluoroscopic spinal injections, ultrasound-guided injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCV), and more. We pride ourselves on utilizing the latest techniques and technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Dr. Baxi is fluent in Spanish and Gujarati and has contributed extensively to the field through numerous publications. He holds positions as an Assistant Attending Physiatrist at the Hospital for Special Surgery and an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR) and the Spine Intervention Society (SIS).

"I saw Dr. Baxi in late May 2020 after I injured my knee. An MRI revealed a torn meniscus. Dr. Baxi gave me an injection and sent me for Physical Therapy at HSS. Four to six weeks after the treatment and physical therapy (by July) I was pain free and playing sports! My knee still feels great."

"I first saw Dr.Baxi in September 2022 when my hip surgeon at HSS noticed I was walking unbalanced at my 5 year checkup.There were no issues with my hip or knees,but he advised seeing Dr.Baxi as a precaution to eliminate any neurological disorders that could be causing the problem.
