"I have been to this location and they do exceptional work. The person usually does the work on my partner's hair is Eddie. Eddie is flawless with the work that he does. Today on the 14th of October I went to this location at about 5:00. As my partner was getting ready to open the door the door was locked and everyone was inside and no one acknowledged us. People were getting their haircuts and I did knock on the door but no one even bothered to turn around and look and even acknowledge us. So I decided to call this location and ask what's going on? The response I got was that they're closing early due to a particular type of situation. I did let them know that I was standing outside and I knocked on the door hoping that someone would at least acknowledge us and let us know that they were closing early or whatever the case is. This would have been great and at least professional as well. Instead the person that I spoke to was nice yes but did tell me that the sign was off but still people were still inside and the lights were on and as I mentioned people were getting their hair taking care of. My biggest complaint is the professiol to do is acknowledge me while I'm there on the spot instead of me calling your company address us at the door come to the door we're present we're faithful customers and we do love the work that you do but today was just unacceptable. As it turns out I wasn't the only one as I was getting back into my vehicle with my partner there was another gentleman that came up to the door he knocked on the door but he did get a response from someone inside letting him know that they are closed. All I'm asking in return is the same exact respect that would have been very much appreciated."

"The wait wasn’t long, owner daughter cut my hair and charged me $55. I requested 3 long layers with a long face frame. She gave me multiple layers that are uneven, which cut so much of my length off. Completely regretful coming to this location. I watched her cut my hair in the mirrors… no art to the skills at all, no sense of passion or enthusiasm. I definitely have to go to another salon to correct the nightmare she left me with. I regret coming here. 0 stars"

"It's not run by Dominicans as the Business implies but they do cut your hair like a typical Dominican barber. I had the pleasure to have my haircut with the owner and she was friendly, efficient and fairly price! They have me as a customer and I recommend to anyone in the area to pay a visit."

"I went to the salon for cornrows. This is the first time I have been to the salon. Before making my appointment I called and inquired how much it would cost for cornrows. I was quoted between 35 -45$. She stated that shampooing and blow dry were included in this price. I went there with my hair already washed. The salon was busy so the girl asked me if she could give me two French braids. I said I wanted individual cornrows. She did a really bad job and asked me for DOUBLE what I was quoted. I am very disappointed how my hair came out and about the cost! $80 the braids were not flat and she pulled my hair so much I wanted to cry. The braids were very large and lumpy. They did not look like corn rows. My hair ended up looking more like a French braid. I asked her to fix and area that was real bad but she would not. She tried to put Bobby pins in to keep the hair down. I would not recommend this place."

"Please don't go here. They will do a terrible job (especially if you have well textured hair) and charge you a ridiculous amount of money. I went for box braids and ended up with 5 hours wasted, $34 worth of hair packages used and uninformed braids spaced all over my head. This was my 1st time getting box braids and I wasn't sure how much hair I needed in order to get the look I wanted. I asked the woman before we started braiding if 4 packages of hair would be enough, she said yes. So we started and 5 hours later I can't event put my glasses on to see to see the result because there were braids too close to my ears. I asked her why do my braids have so much space in between and she said because I didn't have enough packages of hair! I was SO horrified by the end results. She offered to fix the flat spot on top of my head by adding more braids with the little existing hair I had left over. I asked her where is the nearest place I could purchase packs and she told me SHE HAD SOME AT THE SALON! I was so upset, so I asked her WHY didn't she tell me before we started so I could have bought the correct amount of hair? This is my 1st time getting box braids I had NO IDEA how much hair was needed. I feel as the braider she should have told me before she started how many packages of hair where required in order to achieve the desired hair style I showed pictures of before she started braiding. So I payed $100 (I know I shouldn't have) for a horrible job. Please PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else. Pictures will be provided later."
