The institution has a flexible rolling admissions policy, allowing students to sign up at any time during the year and only pay for the remaining classes in the current quarter. Adult supervision guidelines require only one adult to be in the pool area with the student at all times. If a student decides to discontinue lessons after the first class, they can receive a refund within three days, minus the cost of the first lesson. If discontinuing at any other time, the money will be held in an account for future use within a year. Advance notice is required for cancellations, with no cancellations allowed when there are less than 4 weeks left in the quarter.
