"I don’t know how this place has over a 4 star rating! It definitely should have a 2 at best. Not only are they super slow, but the “NP” definitely does not have a clue what she is doing. The person who did my vitals did more of an assessment on me than she did. I am a RN and I do better assessments on my patients. Then she wants to say that my respiratory infection is viral, and is fighting to give me antibiotics, meanwhile I had a fever for over 5 days and have been coughing up green & yellow mucus. Everyone knows that green & yellow is indicative of a bacterial infection. Im surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Best advice go somewhere else!"

"1/2/24. Despite having an appointment, I waited over two and a half hours to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The facility was freezing and I was completely dressed with hat, gloves, scarf and a winter jacket and boots. Also, it's truly nasty filthy dirty and the chairs are shredded and look like they haven't been disinfected in a few decades. I would have left but I just didn't feel well enough to go looking for another facility. But I will never, ever, ever step foot in this filthy disgusting place again"

"My wife is still now in complete pain. Probably a nerve issue. The fake doctors, nurse practitioners, gave her nothing. Nothing for her pain. She never takes pills. Seriously ever. I’ve given her Ibuprofen and she said no. These fake doctors that see you and don’t actually do any doctor stuff have the nerve to judge her. I’m about to bring her to the ER she’s in so much pain. Stay away if you want actual medical help. Fake doctors on staff means they don’t care about anything but your money. Go to the ER if you want actual medical care"
