"Sophy was excellent. Dealing with a major bloodwork phobia and having small veins, I usually request a butterfly needle and prefer the draw from my hand. I've encountered many phlebotomists with little patience, making the experience challenging. However, Sophy not only displayed kindness and patience but also executed the least painful blood draw I've ever had. Additionally, she demonstrated exceptional patience in deciphering my doctor's handwriting and navigating test requirements. Despite the back-and-forth with the doctor's office, Sophy remained composed and never showed irritation. I am sincerely grateful for her outstanding care."

"Made an appointment. Arrived on time. Checked in. My name was on the monitor. It disappeared and no one called for me. Staff started to take people with later appointments. Told 3 staff the issue and they were dismissive and rude. #4 was an angel who listened and looked at my proof (texts and email confirmation). She took me right away and apologized. She deserves 6 stars but the rest of the staff was insensitive."

"Hats off to Elaine, one of the techs at this location. Going thru couple personal things, was a little hyper this morning and she was extremely calming and professional. Helped out with the online info that I screwed up...hey I am over 70 what can I say lol. Had to call service provider to unscrew what I did and then went back to location. Dealt with a phlebotomist who was also very professional and kind...forgot to ask her name. The place is immaculately clean, the staff friendly vs some other labs that I have had to deal with over the years. Again, thanks Elaine for being the person you are."
