"Just moved to area and realized this liquor store was here. Stopped by wit my husband and he told me he wanted something specific. Went in and older guy starts following me around the store. Then instructs cashier (new kid, first day I believe he said) to follow me around as well. 2 caucasian women and 1 man walked in 3 other times…No one watched them. Atp im uncomfortable and held up a bottle close to wht i could find for approval frm my husband. And im now on the phone telling him and he sees him walking closer to me so my husband comes in the store. He starts looking around as well and now they are both in the aisle with us. My husband found what he was looking for. And we paid and left. I moved here from North Brunswick and I spend thousands of dollars in liquor during the holidays to the point i get discounts year around. I was planning on spending it here as they have a larger selection compared to others close by.but um glad he behaved this way. I’ll spend it in a better place….LET ME EXPLAIN SUMTHNG TO U SIR! MY HUSBAND IS A HEAD CHEF AND SUPERVISOR AND IM A PHLEBOTOMIST LIC. AND NURSE. WE NEVER BEEN TO JAIL. Parents never been, grandparents never been. One thing i do know, is my grandmother is very friendly and frequent with our lovely MAYOR… so ill request him a visit or letter because i notice it is common behavior in this neighborhood. So since everyone is so bold with it …ok. Not every African American is a thief."

"First off this place has very little selection. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I work in Collingswood and live in Philly so I have a backpack with me as I don’t drive a car and I was rudely approached by the owner who I feel targeted me because of looking different and being gay. I used to go there often but after today and how I was treated I will never be returning there."

"Over the past several years I have been a customer here spending $60-$100 a month on beer, wine and spirits. Today the owner decided he didn’t want my business. I paid in cash. No processing fees when you pay cash. The bill was $51.15. I asked if he could accept $51. “Nope, you have the money to pay”, pointing to cash in my hand. “This is a small business not a restaurant”, he said. He got defensive instead of just saying “Sorry that’s the total.”. Pro tip: Go to Cork & Bottle for beer and spirits and Moore Brothers Wine Company for wine."

"We went there last night looking for red wine and craft beer. The young man working there was very helpful and absolutely pleasant to deal with. The cashier was also very accommodating. Great customer service and knowledge! We will be back!"
