"i liked cloud for years, but they have a really horrible return policy! they will not refund money or replace defective items unless in a 24 hour window, and they do not inform you of this. i unknowingly bought a defective item and the girl behind the counter did not tell me to test it out prior to ensure that it works, nor did i know this insane return policy. i was accused of improperly storing my item even though i barely got any use from it. the man who i tried returning it to was rude and blamed me for his product being bad. i’m beyond disappointed, angry, and upset that i wasted my money and was given no remedy to an issue that was not my fault. PLEASE do not waste time or money here."
