"I toured Harrison Yards this afternoon and it was a amazing experience. Keanu is a phenomenal leasing agent, very knowledgeable and professional. I am highly impressed with the building. The size of the apartments are great and there is a lot of natural light in the units. The covered parking is attached to the building and the amenities are great too."

"I went with my significant other to check out the property to see if it would be viable. Location is amazing as it is right next to the path. You cannot hear any noise outside which is amazing. All apartments have a spacious living space along with a modern kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. Also, Keanu is an exceptional property manager. He is professional, detail-oriented, and transparent. I highly recommend meeting with him if you are interested in the apartment building."

"We moved in about a month ago and are so far very pleased with the experience. Our room is spacious and airy, plus the building has a pretty chic design and I like the new lobby entrance system, I can use an app on my phone to manage access which is pretty convenient. Ron and Cara have been extremely helpful getting everything set up for us. Path is two minutes of a walk away so the access to Manhattan is convenient. One thing that still needs a bit of improvement is the main motor way entrance has some blocks on so we do have to enter through a path next to Bank of America to get to the parking lot but then again now that we are familiar with it the access is simple enough."
