"The only place I will take my car if it needs body work. The staff is friendly and detail oriented. They have fixed both my wife's car and mine over the past 3 years and even though I drive past 3-4 other shops to get there it is well worth the drive. "Rude demeanor, talks down to clients when they ask clarifying questions, both in person and on the phone. Uncoordinated between the departments, gave conflicting answers. Spent an hour in person obtaining a detailed estimate. Followed up with a call to schedule the work to be done and was told the car would need to be brought in again for estimation. If you are wary of being upsold on unnecessary repairs and over billing, avoid this shop."
