"As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. i ordered a few suits for travel from various web site and J crews was the cheapest so i was not expecting much. But it came without lining? seriously? and i looked at their listing and they carefully do not show that in their pictures nor mention it in the description. Kinda sleezy don't you think? so i returned it and although it says everywhere 30 days return, well it is not free return so i paid shipping to return a suit that they go out of their way to omit the true quality. another suite i ordered from state and liberty, came sooner and when it does not fit right, i ask for an exchange, no problem, prepaid return label immediately and all they need is to see the item is in the system and they will send the replacement. I just got it and it fits perfect, J crew? still have not got my refund minus the shipping. I won't be shopping at J Crew , cheap prices comes with cheap attitude and cheap quality."
"Friendliest staff members I have come across for a while and across the stores in the outlet mall. My sister and I went in twice within a week and they even remembered us! I find this so unusual that their "welcomr back" caught me by surprise. They always have a great choice of clothes and accessories. Every staff member is friendly and helpful and you can never tell if they were in a bad mood as they put the customer first. Shout out to the guy who welcomes the customers (whose name I don't know or asked for) and works the shop floor and fitting rooms - he provides genuine amd amazing customer service."
"J Crew is always full of lovely clothes. I love their quality and the styles. They have particularly good cardigans and t shirts. Love colours! I often wait until Black Friday when they have super duper discounts. They usually have clearance racks right at the back. Today was 30% off everything and 50% off clearance. Not bad....."
