“I went into the shop to browse & danger danger, way too many beautiful & very cheaply priced clothes. I mean where do you start? Gosh I could have spent hundreds in there & come out with pretty much a new wardrobe. I looked on the website when I got home & kept looking. You will totally love this shop I know I do. The clothes are excellent quality & I can't get over how cheap they were, even the jeans. Yeah when I go back into town I shall return to the shop & buy.”

“I attended the L&B Academy course for eyelash extensions and it was an absolute delight. Right from the initial inquiry about the programme. The online training was really understandable right down to the in salon experience. It was nice & refreshing to know Kat & her team were readily available to ask questions and provide support prior to being in salon and have also made it clear they are still available if we ever get stuck or need further assistance. “Friendly and helpful staff. They made our visit to get our middle child's ears pierced a pleasure. The lady doing the piercing was really good with young kids, being sympathetic and comforting, on top of doing a professional job. The store itself is for those into the hippy sort of culture, and while we didn't buy anything there was a lot of interesting things to look at. The kids certainly loved it. Will definitely be our first choice when it comes time to get our youngest girl's ears pierced. Pleasant shopping experience.”

“18 April 2022 The heart of our community, pharmacist Peter Bailey went out of his way to help me today. I had run out of medication and I always get my repeat meds on a Monday. Unfortunately with today being Easter Monday and I was out of the country last week, I was unable to get my Dr to send through a script as they were closed. Peter rung around and managed to track down my Doctor and get permission to dispense enough medicine to get me through until the doctor surgery opens tomorrow. If you are looking for a pharmacy that goes out of there way to help, I totally recommend Peter and Gary from Life Pharmacy Emerson St Napier. On a side note, my cousin was in town from Auckland for the sailing regatta this past weekend and had forgotten to pack a couple of personal items, Good Friday EVERYTHING was shut, Life Pharmacy just happened to be open for a couple of hours doing RAT tests for people travelling internationally, even though the doors were closed the team opened for her so she could purchase a couple of items. She said that would never happen in Auckland. Good work”
