We went into our local branch, Hastings and dealt with Connor. He was so obliging, rang other stores etc and did what he was able to help. Result being that a shipment was due in approx 1 month, and we were to come back then for replacement. We went back as my son was a little unsure about waiting that long. We were then given the option to hand in the RC car and select anything else to the value of...... Fantastic service, very happy young boy, great sales team and so helpful! I know people joke about things being on sale but if you look closely there are many good brands and items you can pick up which are good value for money. I really love that they have added a quick chat option to their website which is very handy. Voniyae does an excellent job on the chat support. I had an issue and Hayden took a personal interest and went out of his was to sort out something very important for me in the store, although this was not his department. Highly recommend this store.”

“BEST SERVICE EVER. I was looking for a specific type of cheese, a lovely Maori boy who worked in the cheese department helped me with help from three others. One of which were also a Maori boy who stopped filling the mince, a lovely young pretty girl who was named Jess along side another pretty girl with glasses and facial piercings. I then needed help looking for a gluten free product. All four in question then collectively went out back and in a timely manner came back with EXACTLY what I needed. I highly recommend countdown Hastings if you are wanting exquisite and speedy customer service. I have since been continuing to do my weekly shop at this store and always look out for these four people who always stop and have a chat with me every time. These lovely young people will indeed go far in life and likewise in the company.”
